Hoplite Council Members
If you are a parent or guardian of a current student at Founders Classical Academy of Schertz, then you are a Hoplite Council member! There are no membership dues and we have several ways for you to get involved. The Hoplite Council has a board that includes officers and the committee chairs listed below.
OFFICERS
- Chairman: Jessica Lubianski

- The chairman coordinates the work of the officers and committees to accomplish the Board’s objectives. The chairman is appointed by the Headmaster and serves a one-year term.
- Secretary: Heather Stamper

- The secretary maintains board documents and communication channels including the website and social media accounts. The secretary is voted into office and serves a two-year term.
- Treasurer: Joey Leopold

- The treasurer oversees the council’s budget, provides financial reports to the school and community, and facilitates all financial transactions. This role is voted into office and serves a two-year term.

- The first officer assists the board in carrying out duties as delegated. The first officer is voted into office and serves a two-year term.

FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

- The financial development director will organize fundraising initiatives to enrich our co-curricular programs, including athletics and clubs.
TEACHER APPRECIATION

The teacher appreciation committee plans and executes events or activities throughout the year to enrich our FCA staff and faculty’s work environment. All committee members must submit the state-mandated background check before assisting the committee on campus.
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The communications manager coordinates directly with the Hoplite Council Chair and FCA Communications Staff to deliver timely, relevant information for all Council matters, with the primary responsibility for maintaining all Hoplite Council communication platforms.
ATHLETICS COMMITTEE CHAIR

The athletics committee chair coordinates directly with the Athletics Director to lead in planning and delivering events and activities throughout the year to support and enrich the Athletics programs at FCA. All committee members must submit the state-mandated background check before assisting the committee on campus.
