Sponsorships
Please consider sponsoring an attraction for the Summer Bash!
Every sponsor will be:
- recognized with signage at the event (at entrance and/or attraction)
- receive recognition on social media and the Hoplite Council webpage
Premium Sponsors will work with our designers to craft a custom 4’x6’ banner to be displayed at the event, and later at the FM1518 entrance to FCA campus for 30 days. Donors may opt to remain anonymous. Email treasurer@fcahoplites.org with any questions.
We welcome donations of any size. For those looking to have the biggest impact, we have four sponsor levels. Below you’ll find info about just a few specific sponsorship opportunities within those levels. Click the button at the end of this list to see more and to lock in your donation.
Food Sponsor $1000
This sponsorship will cover the cost of food and the necessary meal-related supplies to host this event for our community.
Petting Zoo Sponsor $500
This sponsorship will cover the cost of providing a petting zoo for the event, bringing audience favorites: capybara, Patagonian cavy bunnies, porcupine, alpaca and tortoise.
Security Sponsor $400
This sponsorship will cover the cost of providing security for the event. Because we host this event at a public park, we want families to feel confident allowing their family members to freely enjoy the attractions and hired security provides that peace of mind.
Bounce House Sponsors $300

This sponsorship will cover the cost of providing premium quality bounce houses, and all that goes with them, including deliver, power cords, blowers, etc.
Dunk Tank Sponsor $300
For this event we have surprise VIPs who’ve offered to sit on the Dunk Tank hotseat! Everyone loves watching this game unfold.
Face Painting Sponsor $250
This sponsorship will cover the cost of providing face painting artists and supplies for the festival. This is one of the most popular attractions and sponsorship helps keep the lines reasonable.
